About the Christian Godde Project
The Christian Godde Project:
was founded by women and men
called by the Holy Spirit
to help restore gender equity in churches
by exploring the Divine Feminine within the Christian Godde.
It was built on the firm conviction that since women as well as men are created in Godde’s image (cf. Gen. 1:27),
Godde is revealed in Scripture using feminine as well as masculine imagery (cf. Isa. 66:13).
In addition, Divine Wisdom reveals the Divine Feminine in all three “persons” of the Trinity:
- As a feminine personification of Godde in the Jewish Wisdom literature, Divine Wisdom reveals Godde as Mother (cf. Prov. 8:1-9:6);
- As the incarnation of Godde in the New Testament, Jesus is identified with Divine Wisdom (cf. Matt. 11:19; 1 Cor. 1:24,30);
- And as the Holy Spirit, Divine Wisdom is revealed as Godde in action (cf. Wis. 7:22ff).
Divine Wisdom is not a “fourth person” in the Trinity,
but a key to understanding the Divine Feminine insofar as She reveals Godde.
The Christian Godde Project includes:
- Godde – the Divine Feminine: A collection of essays exploring the Divine Feminine within Godde.
- The Divine Feminine Version (DFV): A free version of the New Testament, gender-inclusive in reference to humanity and feminine in reference to Godde.

I am so please to find this website…and learn about your work. I just had a conversation with my daughter, who is struggling with the warrior aspects of the presentation of Christianity. Please keep us up on your work. I have for so long believed the God…is Godde!

Fred,
Thanks for the encouragement! There are so many images, each expressing something of what Godde is and what Godde is like. We definitely need a few more that we talk about, especially the soft images. I wish your daughter all the best in her journey with Godde and would love to what comes of it 🙂

Approximately 6 months ago I wrote and said how great I thought your project is….and how important that Godde is in our life and our future. Can you please tell me if…in the near future….we can expect to hold in our post internet hands an actrual paper version of an inclusive Divine Feminine friendly Bible? I am dedicated to help make Christianity as feminine inclusive as Godde intended for the time of creation.

Fred, thanks for checking on our progress. I’m sorry it’s taking so long but we’re very close to completing the initial phase of our project.
In November we went over the entire draft of Matthew in a marathon internet phone conference, and made additional changes based on that conference. At this time the text is being formatted, along with proposed Study Bible aids including introductory essays, cameo essays, annotations, concluding essays, bibliography, etc. When the proposed Matthew Study Bible is compiled we’re going to need to go over the entire document one last time before making it available on the web and in print format. We’re still fine-tuning it because we feel it’s important to do the best job we can. Hopefully it will be completed and available within the next month!
